Youth employment rate according to Labor Bureau, Government of India is 12.90%. Gender disparity in literacy according to 2011 census is 82.14% for men and 65.46% for women. According to Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) Report 2015, India is ranked second last among 73 countries on reading and math and science abilities. India faces blood shortage of 3 million units according to 2012 WHO; Delhi NCR alone faces shortage of 100,000 units.
